Minimum Billed Time
All sessions are billed with a minimum charge equivalent to 30 minutes.
Billing Increment
After the minimum, time is billed in 30-minute increments.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the "Basic Support"?
Basic support covers bug fixes related to our code, server uptime monitoring, and minor text/image updates for 30 days after launch. It does not include new feature development.
Do I own the code after the project is done?
Yes. Once the final payment is settled, you own 100% of the source code and design assets. We do not lock you into proprietary platforms.
Can I upgrade my Shopify plan later?
Absolutely. Shopify is built to scale. We can help you transition from the Basic Setup to a Professional setup as your product catalog grows.
